Maharaj Cuisine of India is doing what good Indian restaurants do. Keeping it fresh and tasteful. What's great is the menu is just diverse enough to fill the wide range of Indian cuisine there is to choose from. What's even better is, the food itself is fresh, clean and portioned just right. What I liked?: the pricing was great! The food is spot on. The parking is free. And the ownership is genuine. What I didn't like?: the Buffett is only during the week. While I completely understand and agree with the reasoning for this. I am selfishly not in the area during the week to partake in this magnificent event!

We heard about this place through a friend, and we were not disappointed. We are learning to speak Nepali, so able to converse with waiter, which was also part owner, and even helped us to learn more phrases, and very patient with us as we spoke.Service and food top notch, we like a lot of water, and glass was always kept full, and always asked if we needed anything else.We left satisfied, and not only will we tell our friends, you have made us a return customer. Dherai ramro! Thanks and Namaste !!!!!!!!!!

Food is good. Good amount of chicken in the butter chicken, you get juicy chicken. I think this is the normal portion size compare to other places. Chicken jalfrezi is spicier than other dishes and is nice if you like vegetables and not just eat only chicken.Try Samosa and spicy mo:mo (dumpling). Their nan is baked and is decent/good. Fried nan tastes better, but not healthy so baked it is. Their mango lassi has a stronger yogurt taste than mango which I hope is because they put real mango in. If so then I like!

Ordered take-out from here. Food was delicious and the server was extremely nice and even gave us a complimentary mango ice cream. Would definitely eat here again. Glad to have a good Indian place to go to in this neighborhood!
